Open to remote product roles

Product manager
AI builder
Same person

Nearly 4 years managing custom software delivery for 30+ projects from requirements to release. Now I build and ship AI-powered products myself, so the gap between product strategy and technical execution is one I cross daily, not delegate.

Pulse

Flagship · AI feedback analysis Live

A feedback intelligence platform that turns raw user feedback into ranked priorities. Pulse collects feedback across sources, classifies it with AI, tracks sentiment and category trends week over week, and generates a ranked AI analysis with evidence attached, that tells a product team what to fix first and what can wait.

Task Board

AI product planning Live

A planning tool with an opinion. Tasks carry impact/effort scores suggested by AI, decided by you. A priority matrix shows where the leverage is, and one click returns a ranked plan or a capacity-budgeted sprint, with the reasoning written out.

How I work

Strategy that survives contact with engineering.

Product discovery

Start from the user's actual problem, not the requested feature. Requirements gathering across 30+ client projects taught me to find the question behind the ask.

Ruthless prioritization

Every backlog is a negotiation between impact and cost. I make the tradeoffs explicit, sequence by leverage, and say no with reasons attached.

Stakeholder alignment

Clients, engineers, and leadership rarely want the same thing on day one. My job is getting them to the same roadmap and keeping them there through change.

Execution & delivery

Plans are cheap; shipped software is not. I run delivery end to end: scoping, sprint coordination, risk surfacing, and release management.

AI-assisted development

I build with AI to compress the idea-to-prototype loop. Pulse and Task Board went from concept to live, working software in weeks, not quarters.

Validate by building

The fastest way to test a product hypothesis is now to build a real version of it. Being able to build changed how I scope, estimate, and de-risk.

Professional experience

Four years of shipping other people's products. Now mine too.

Product ownership across the full lifecycle

Owned products from first client conversation to post-launch iteration - requirements, scope, roadmap, delivery, and the hard calls in between.

Cross-functional by default

Worked daily with engineers, designers, QA, and client stakeholders. Translated business goals into specs engineers respect and timelines clients trust.

Roadmaps that absorb reality

Planned and re-planned roadmaps across concurrent projects, balancing scope changes, dependencies, and fixed deadlines without losing the thread.

Delivery management at volume

Coordinated delivery on 30+ custom software projects across domains, a pace that forces pattern recognition: what slips, why, and how to catch it early.

Hiring a PM who can also build?

I'm looking for a remote product role where shipping matters. The fastest ways to evaluate me: open the live products above, read the case studies, or start a conversation.
